UNIgreen Skills – Investment in skills development in response to the challenges of modern education
Aware of the dynamic changes in the labour market and the evolving expectations of the new generation, the European Universities initiative is taking up the challenge of adapting its educational offer to current needs. The UNIgreen Skills project responds to these challenges by focusing on improving the competences of the administrative and academic staff of the UNIgreen alliance.
Project objectives:
- Improving the quality of education within the UNIgreen partnership and developing the educational offer based on cooperation with foreign universities.
- Intensifying academic exchange through international partnership cooperation.
- Increasing the institutional capacity needed to build partnerships.
- Enhancing the international prestige of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences by developing the competences of its staff and making its educational offer more attractive.
Project impact:
UNIgreen Skills is a strategic investment in developing the human potential of the UNIgreen alliance. Strengthening the competences of employees at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and other partner universities will contribute to building the image of a university with a global reach, capable of meeting the challenges of the modern world.
Project recipients:
Teaching and administrative staff from eight universities within the UNIgreen alliance
Project coordination and management:
The SGGW International Relations Office [BWM], which has extensive experience implementing international projects, oversees project coordination. The project will be managed in line with the principles of sustainable development, considering the minimisation of negative impact on the environment.
